OOPs, early info was wrong! Jingletown Art and Business Community is having an Art Walk consisting of 25 participants showing December1 & 2 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Saturday and Sunday). Look for the red balloons. Located between the Park Street Bridge and Fruitvale Bridge on the Oakland side of the Estuary.
